JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales: Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, chat or visit the market physically & convert potential leads into sales
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate and schedule support services to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and issues, escalating as needed for swift resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including client profiles and service histories.
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication between clients and service providers, ensuring expectations are met.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and client satisfaction, seeking continuous improvement.
- Global E-commerce Knowledge: Must have sound Knowledge of how global e-commerce sites such as Alibaba, Amazon, Daraz, eBay, Walmart, etc. manage their logistics operations

WORK HOURS: 8:00 hours a day. Roster Shift (Morning, Evening, Night)
Probation Period: 3 Months
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years in the Logistics field
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must Have Fluent in English
WORKPLACE:
Work at office
Six days a week.
