Job Title: Graphic Designer [Remote]
Office Location: House 150, Road 1, Avenue 1, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging visuals for social media ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Adapt designs to different formats and platforms, ensuring responsiveness and consistency across digital and print media.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss design concepts, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and meet technical specifications for printing or publishing
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align designs with campaign goals and audience preferences.
What You Need To Success:
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience, focusing on digital campaigns and branding.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in service-related designs, including ad creative, banners, and social media posts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Creative Cloud, Canva, or Klaviyo, and familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe
- Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of photography, typography, and the digital design landscape.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
